Stephanie develops influential strategies tailored to company needs and adds singularity to your communication. Her career within different agencies and Public Relations sectors (Public Affairs and Crisis Communication with Burson-Marsteller, Corporate and Public Relations with BBDO Corporate, Media Relations and Corporate Services with Beau Fixe) enable her to adopt a transversal approach to the challenges encountered.

Caroline has over 20 years of experience in Public Relations and Communications Consultancy: Corporate Communication, Brand Strategies, CSR Communication, Sensitive Communication and Crisis Communication. Before joining Wellcom, she was General Manager of Hill & Knowlton Paris (WPP Group) in charge of advisory services to national and international clients.
François Belz places his understanding of Communication professions at the disposal of the Image Centre of Expertise of the Wellcom Agency. He is in charge of deploying strategies to provide an accurate vision of what client companies represent for their various audiences. Associated with Strategic Planning, this work on the corporate image is designed to assist advertisers in the strengthening of their links within their ecosystem. A graduate of the Institut de Droit Comparé (Institute of Comparative Law) of the Université de Panthéon/Assas Paris II, in European Business Law, François Belz began his career in 1988 by founding BVH, a Communications Agency specialized in content creation for companies. He went on to perform duties in several agencies: MediaSystem Groupe Publicis, Terre de Sienne, L’Agence Carat Groupe AEGISMEDIA, and within the press group Express-Roularta. In 2008, François became General Manager in charge of the Pôle Corporate et Contenus within SEQUOIA. From 2012 to 2013, he ran the Corporate Strategic Advisory Division and the External Relations Division for Ligaris (that has since become Babel), before joining Wellcom, in 2013.
Expert in brand strategy, Sylvie advises client companies and institutions on their positioning, branding and content creation strategy. Creating or re-enchanting a brand is her job. This requires a search for differentiation, knowledge of oneself, one’s competitive environment, and uses, the identification of sources of growth and innovation, the combination of talents in co-construction, involvement and development. Sylvie also manages change management programs for internal and external communication.
After a career start at NEC Computers International, in the Editorial and Advertising department, Sylvie joined Wellcom in 2002.
Expert in the Lifestyle and Consumer sectors, this former journalist has lived several lives that have led her to work in Communication and PR. From Vuitton to Pietri RP and Reed Expo, she joined the Publicis Group to take charge of the management of Publicis Link and then La Maison Link. After six years of independence and development, La Maison Link merged with the Wellcom Group. Corine knows how to talk to entrepreneurs. She also knows how to make them talk and have them talked about. She has sailed across the Atlantic and run the New York Marathon. She ran the media coverage for the America’s Cup in Paris and the Dalai Lama in France. From her past lives she has kept a taste for discovery, curiosity, the demand for fairness and a sense of collective spirit. She loves novelty, daring, teams, the joys of entrepreneurship, green tea, art, literature and shoes. She dislikes routine, annuities and “that will do” type comments.
After a career beginning with GMF (Covea), Verbe (Publicis Consultants) and FKGB (TBWA), Corinne starts her own agency Analogue specialized in editorial and corporate communications that she leads for more than 20 years. Passionate by editorial and tech, she defines the strategy for internal, B2B and B2C communications and creates narrative mechanism for national and international clients. With the emergence of new technologies, Corinne incorporates digital and social media, as well as augmented and virtual realities into her strategy. In 2018, Analogue, ‘actor of meaning’, decides to join Wellcom to offer an integrated chain of high-value services. In line with its holistic approach ‘in senslation’ (initiate communication to give more meaning to the relationship between a company, its brands and its different publics), Corinne meets new challenges and focuses on her added value: creativity, editorial strategy and intelligence of content.
Jean-Baptiste de Bellescize

After beginning his career as a senior civil servant at the French ORTF (Office de Radiodiffusion et Télévision Françaises) and then in a Ministerial Cabinet, Jean-Baptiste de Bellescize was the founding CEO of two large international agencies in France: Weber Shandwick where he worked for 20 years and Porter Novelli, for 10 years. Since 2010 he has been part of Wellcom as Associate Director. Specialized in Corporate Communication and Public Relations, Public Affairs and Sensitive Communication, he has advised numerous large companies such as HP, Procter & Gamble, Compagnie Générale des Eaux, Eurotunnel or EDF. Former Chairman of Syntec Conseil en Relations Publics, he graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Political Studies Institute) in Paris.
